Get unlimited free access to your favourite magazines with RBdigital for Libraries

Whangarei Libraries have partnered with Far North District Library, Kaipara District Library and NorthTec Library to provide the first combined libraries eMagazine service in New Zealand using the RBDigital for Libraries platform.

Through the Northland Libraries RBdigital eMagazines website, members of these libraries have access to a great range of magazine titles.

You can borrow as many as you like and keep them for as long as you like, it's free and there are no overdue fees!

Read magazines on a desktop or laptop via streaming or download them, using the RBdigital for Libraries app onto tablets or smartphones for offline reading. Added features in both versions allow magazine content to be printed, shared or emailed – and you can easily bookmark a magazine to save where you’re up to.

  • to be a member of Whangarei Libraries with a valid library card number
  • a computer, laptop, smart phone or tablet with an internet connection
