Free Computer Programming Classes for Children aged 9 to 12 years
Club sessions will not be running during term 1 of 2020.We are planning a new coding club to be launched in May 2020.
Joining the 3Cs Creative Computer Club gives children an introduction to computer programming.
Using a computer programme called Scratch children will learn how a computer works and use programming to create their own interactive animations and stories. They can upload different characters and add effects for their stories to make them unique then share their work with others around the world.
Learning computer programming will increase digital literacy and numeracy skills. It is an opportunity to be creators rather than consumers.
