Information about the computers with internet access and wifi services at Whangarei District Libraries.

Surf the Internet, check your emails, create documents in Microsoft Word or Excel and alter your digital pictures with Picasa on the piblic computers at Whangarei Central, Kamo, Onerahi and Tikipunga Libraries.
- all computers have USB and CD facilities
- printing facilities are available in either black and white or colour
- Library staff are happy to help you with the basics of using the computers and software.
For the time you are using the computers and for printing, either load your library card with an amount, or if you are not a library member, buy a ticket from the My Monitor vending machine.
- black and white per page: A4 10 cents; A3 20 cents
- colour per page: A4 $1.00; A3 $2.00
Computers are available free of charge for:
- career information
- CV preparation
- homework study purposes
- schools and home-school groups.
Normal charges apply for printing.

Online computer reservations
You can reserve computers online with My Monitor Computer Reservation service
You can book: Public PC and E-Learning computers at Whangarei Central Library and Public PC computers at Kamo, Onerahi and Tikipunga Libraries.
Sessions are: 15 minutes, 30 minutes or up to a maximum of 60 minutes.

Genealogy Room computers
For researching your family history with the assistance of the Genealogy volunteers, there are computers available, free of charge in the Genealogy Room, on the first floor at Whangarei Central Library. Normal charges apply for printing from these computers.
